My reason for doing that is quite simple --- as it would be the one thing to change Kevin G and Pat's opinion of the manner in which their RELIGION affects their thinking on an issue that they have no reason to be bigots against.

As I have said numerous times --- a gay man saved my life --- and if I had as much hatred against gay people as the CATHOLICS do --- I would have refused treatment and subsequently died because of BIGOTRY alone.

As I stated in the original message --- one of their children turning out gay would be the most influencial event in helping them to understand the issues that all gay people go through on a daily basis.

And also as I stated several times --- my issue is with the CATHOLIC RELIGION and not any one person in particular.

Lastly Dan, I am pretty offended that you see fit to chastise me for my comments, while you remain silent in the face of the nonsense that Pat spews on this subject. And what I am referring to is his comment the other day that the moral fiber of this country is falling apart because of the actions and desires of gay people.
