Sorry Kent, I know you heart was in the right place (in defense of homosexual rights) but maybe your comment should have been:
"I wish you children turn out to be open-minded, non-judgemental, sexually secure human beings."
I would never wish another person to go through their life with the amount of bigotry I and many others have have witnessed. That is not to say that I wish I wasn't born gay- I love it! It was a long road, but I wouldn't change a thing!(Well, maybe my high school years, but that's another story!)
