Good for you, BD. As you know good employees can be hard to find and to have some that have been with you for 20 years speaks well of you and your family. You're obviously doing something right. See what hard work and determination will do? You're successful because of your hard work and the hard work of your employees. I'm assuming no one gave you anything. You wanted it and you earned it. That's the point I was trying to make earlier.
