As I said, I know there are people who take advantage of this situatiuon. It would be better if we had a system of helping these people up instead of giving them a hand out. What I'm saying is, not all persons in the poverty level fall into this catagory. I am speaking for those other folks who just can't work their way out of poverty and there are lots of those too. There are people who work as hard as you, maybe harder, who barely keep the lights on.
