Is it the role of the government to rebuild Oil Refineries distroyed by Katrina and Rita ( Or just shut down due to a business decision in the early 90s) ?  Bush seems to think so in grabbing who knows how much from  the pocketbooks of Americans. Most of these Oil barons affected in New Orleans had no class anyway. And if we do go down this road can you imagine what precedent it will set?
