As a matter of fact ole boy I took the Mrs out last night for her birthday and we had a huge plate of calamari for an appetizer. I think the added mercury complemented the balsamic drizzle quite nicely. We then washed it all down with a fine chardonnay from Sterling Vinyards. Exquisite.
