I thought your biggest concern would have been Bushco allowing people like the coal industry even more wiggle room with mercury pollution. Clinton had put in place a three year plan to help limit mercury pollution but the story goes Bushco killed that plan (which supposedly would have only cost the industry involved 1% of their profits) and allowed them to dump even higher quantities of mercury into our environment. Which of course has a wonderful effect on stuff like...ya know...babies and such...
