Yeah, I was pissed off and trying to think of some retaliation that would do some good.
On a lot of these decisions the court seems to be practicing legal balancing, which may prove the decisions undoing. The Immunity thing in particular. (Evidentiary Hearing) While these hearings are usually no big deal, they are open to the public and on public record. I'm not worried about the hush money decision, as the only thing he did post inauguration is write the final checks. Jan. 6 is another matter - I can't see that perpetuating a fraud on the Congress (and any conversations related) can be interpreted as an official act. The state Elector cases would also be covered by this. The rally is a no brainer - it was put together and paid for by the campaign at a non-government site. All of the documents case took place post term. So I think we will be alright - tRump may win some incremental points, but the trials will go on. He will be convicted.
I am not fearful, but I'm still mighty pissed.
