Yes, I agree with the line about those who control investigations, but I will maintain my belief, that when it comes down to it, if an American president tried to assassinate an American political rival, just because that person is a rival, this is something the US Sup Ct would not sanction.

But that is just me.  As I said before, I have not read the decision, but I think so many people are not fully appreciative of what the word "official" means in legal terms. 

Still, though, I hope the Dems and those who truly admire the US Constitution, use this ruling for all they can and even in the most hyperbolic ways - and the more hyperbolic, the better.
