This will give you an idea of how ridiculous a task it is to be stuck negotiating with these countries in the Middle East. How Bibi is not an honest negotiator nor fair dealer. It's not something anybody would want for a job. He's got to beg just to get the most basic aid into Gaza, and Bibi backstabs him.
"Not one drop of water!" Netanyahu tells him. People protest outside Blinken's house that he is committing genocide when he is fighting tooth and nail to just allow the most minor things. What a great job to have to do when every person you see treats you like shit and you go home at the end of the day and people call you a baby killer when all you have done is fight to help the people that are suffering.
I just think that people view the situation through a fog and I understand that the hardest thing to do is to be able to reason with someone when they are going on and on about dead kids.
Granted, life is not fair, he accepted the job, but I just don't think many people understand it, nor even want to try to.
You are still welcome at my house any time you want to come, Mick. The disheartening thing to me is not how you feel about it, but that there are so many people here in the US that feel that way about it. It's absurd, but I have to accept it.
