Precisely - Where do one draw the line between being nuts, crazy, sociopath, psychopath.
A president who deliberately brings to big dogs to a meeting with his German counter (Merkel at the time), who he KNEW was afraid of dogs and wanted to both intimidate her and enjoyed watching her squirm, is so beyond loathsome and is clearly a sadist.
Hearing the Ukrainian accounts of the battles in Avdiika, where the dead are literally piling up because the russians just move forward being shot either from the more professional ukranians or in the back from their own officers if the don't keep moving forward is just horrifying... (And nobody is being picked up... - several of the diseases from WW1 trench warfare is spreading like wildfire due to rats having a field day and feeding frenzy ...)
Our recently abdicated Queen Margrethe II, has met her fair share of world leaders during her 52 years reign, has stated that Putin was by far the most cold-eyed person she ever met...
