He'll be the one who pushes the nuclear button to get even if he doesn't get his way Have no doubt about it. He's old and has nothing but loathing for life and the dreams and hopes of civilised people to live freely and harmoniously. He'd rather kill everyone than allow the world the chance to repair the harm he has caused. If he was dying of cancer his last act would be to send nuclear bombs towards Britain.
