So the Un Emile actually has some Thujone,then?

OK...now set me right on this.  You pour cold water over a small spoon with sugarcube on it, into the Absinthe,and then that colour change happens..correct?  Will go with your recommendation.  WHICH of the links you gave, will enable me to order this particular brand?
