Oh, right you are, Dog, please pardon my lack of shine etiquette. Yes, Georgia is certainly on the list, and Mr.B would probably slap me, 'cause he is a West Virginian, but his shine made it's way to me from NC. You can actually buy true shine in some stores in West Virginia, and I think that may be the case in parts of Georgia as well.
They don't call it "Georgia Moon" for nothing.
