I don't think he would or really should name his cabinet early as that just would allow them to attack his choices. I do agree the Biden campaign should be using Trump's horrific display of destroying this country as an opportunity to show what true leadership looks like. What has happened here is this tragedy has created a massive opening for Biden and his campaign to show how they would attempt to cope with this and how Trump and the Republican lack of action has created a complete disaster. So Biden should be talking to medical experts and scientists and getting out what he would be doing that Trump and Republicans obviously are not doing. 

I mean how dumb is it that Trump and Republicans just keep throwing out a date and saying this will all magically go away on that date? They have no plan, they are doing nothing, Trump does not want to do anything, he wants people to ignore that there is a pandemic. Hilariously their new date is election day 2020. Trump and his team of morons are now claiming this will all magically go away after the election! It's so stupid you can only laugh but the Biden campaign and the Democrats should be absolutely destroying them for this. Are they? No, I think they are keeping Joe under wraps because they are using the approach that they said should have been used with Hillary...keep her in hiding until you get close to the election. The less seen and less heard from the better.

This is a strategy you use with a bad candidate. My dad always liked Joe Biden but he always pointed out that Joe's strength was being in a room with people. If he was doing a campaign house party he was great and people loved the guy. He stinks though under the big lights. On TV or now on the internet he is lost at sea. This is not where he comes across well and in a pandemic he needs to be on TV and on the internet. That's basically a disaster for him. Joe just does not work speaking into a camera alone.
