There are a few closet Del Amitri fans out there - I know Reg has at least one song off the latest CD. I too rather like their new effort, although it's a little depressing in tone. I ordered one of the singles from UK to get a B-side called "I'm an unbeliever" - fantastic! My favourite would be "Just getting by". Unfortunately, the album didn't sell enough copies and Mercury Records have dumped the band...

I also have virtually everything Supertramp did, and I like "Brother where you're bound", along with Matthew Sweet. I have a best of and was looking to get the Thorns CD - maybe not? I might have to try a few of your other suggestions!
