Was away in "Beautiful British Columbia", when you guys were posting away on abortion.
No medical nor surgical procedures are EVER performed on minors without parental/custodial consent except in emergency, imminently life-threatening conditions.
No physician is ever required to perform abortion, and many, based upon their own convictions, even if trained to do the procedure, don't perform it in their practices.
