We're talking about excluding parent's from a decision which parent's have every right and obligation to be a part of.

The ruling gives kids the option to have their parents involved or not. I'm sure many young women would involve their parents as a a matter of course, but others would be mortally afraid of such involvement. If an individual can get pregnant I think she can decide whether or not an abortion should occur. And in cases of rape or incest or other abusive situations I can see where this would be the best case scenario. There's no such thing as a perfect solution in these matters, but I think the rights of the individual have to be foremost. With that being said, the can of worms, I guess, is officially open. However, that's not my intention. Arguing whether or not a fetus has inherent rights is puerile...
