No, this is strictly a privacy issue. And if I were a victim of parental abuse or incest I would go see someone, anyone, that would protect me from that type of hell in my home. Help is easy to find; teachers, doctors, police, friends or other relatives. I sure as hell wouldn't hang around and allowing it to keep happening.
