Have to agree with Clark here. This is not a situation that can or should be solved by bureaucrats. As Clark states, if the situation has already come to the child is pregnant, we've already got a parental involvement issue. The problem with this issue and this story is that it's got that big emotional pinch it puts on you. We don't want to think about 11 year olds getting pregnant and having abortions. That's painful. But do you really believe that a politician can or should ride into town to solve this problem? I certainly don't.
