Wow, PatB, taxing to such a level that 10 million kids can go to a primary care physician rather than an emergency room where it's far more costly and where the child is that much sicker........pretty sad that only socialist would care to fix this situation.
This type of program always starts out with good intentions but ends up going south. The primary reason....because government is involved. When Billary makes a solid run for the White House  in 2008 I would think the DNC would start running the bleeding heart ads. Kids laying sick in gutters and such. Those always seem to work. She will be the Socialized Health Care champion even though it is well documented it does not work(take Canada). Fundamentally Peter healtcare is not a right(no pun) it is a privilage. We are not living in a commune here. There are other solutions it's just that the Dems want the easy way out so they can add one more tax to the never ending funnel
Healthcare is already out of control and this would throw it into warp spriral downward.
