If a moderate soaking of the rich is needed to get health insurance for 10 million children, or provide adequate nursing home staffing, or adequate whatever, so be it.

Wow, PatB, taxing to such a level that 10 million kids can go to a primary care physician rather than an emergency room where it's far more costly and where the child is that much sicker........pretty sad that only socialist would care to fix this situation.
