Considering the dicrepancies in the rest of her screed, and welfare reform passed during Clinton's term, I'm curious as to what type of assistance he's on. Either way, she provides no facts to back up her accusations - she's just setting up another straw man to provide an easy target - that's why I called it empty rhetoric.
