Are you honestly suggesting that Gulf War 1 should not have been fought? Irregardless of where tanks were vis a vis Saudi Arabia, you must be aware that:
1. Saudi Arabia was bombed
2. Kuwait was invaded
3. The US owns business interests in both areas
Try telling a Kuwaiti that that war shouldn't have been fought. It's all in your perspective (I realize this vears off-topic slightly).
