Mess is correct in the film Powell is the one guy that comes across as a human being out the people advising Bush. The rest of them are a disgusting bunch and Thandie Newton's take on Rice terrified me.

I will say what you see in the film is mild compared to what Woodward has in his book. Stone's flick is a kids bedtime story when you compare it to what some of the actual players have said about it.
