I've just gotta ask. Pat I get is a music fan. But Marc. And Dale. What is it with you guys and me? Do you haunt other left-leaning songwriter's websites and incite arguments? If so, why do you do that?, and if not, why me? What have I done to deserve your attention? This last thing with Marc, and his kiddie-death-porn video... I mean, what the hell was that all about? Don't get me wrong, for the most part I'm glad to have the opportunity of these kinds of exchanges with people whose views of things are so different from mine, but it does make me wonder. What keeps you coming back? Remember Richard G? He went off in a huff and never returned, and I bet he was happier for it.

There's an old Zen story... Two monks-in-training are walking across the street in a heavy rain. There's a woman semi-stranded, surrounded by huge puddles, not anxious to stain her clothing. One of the Zen monks picks her up, delivers her across the puddle.

Five hours later the other monk says to him. "Why did you carry her? You touched her, it's against the rules"

Our hero monk says "Why are you still carrying her?"
