*** If in fact our fearless leaders are speaking the truth about WOMD and the world threat posed by Hussein, why are we not attacking, or planning to attack, N. Korea, China, Pakistan, etc. (all have nukes and other WOMD and sell them to who ever will pay for them) or Syria, Libya, Egypt, Lebanon, etc., all have longstanding, proven ties to terrorist organizations. It seems to me, many of these countries pose greater threats to us and the world, then Iraq. ***
Good question. The only thing I can think of is if we kick the shit out of the weakest threat (Iraq) then the others, Syria, Libya, Egypt ect will quietly fall in line and behave.
China and N.Korea on the other hand are far more dangerous because they already have WOMD and therefore should be dealt with diplomatically. Picking a fight with them would not be as "clean". Also, Japan and S Korea are close by and if they're attacked by K Korea, for whatever reason, the impact (human and economic) would be catastrophic; World War III.
I guess we're just choosing our battles carefully.
