Kevin, I think you're right to some degree but I don't think oil is the major reason for all this sabre rattling. This isn't the first time the US has acted as the world's police and removed a dictator. Remember Noriega in Panama? I think the US has farted around long enough with this maniac. The world will be a better place without him. However, I do not believe we should go in without a mandate from the UN or support from most of our allies i.e. Russia.
