No, Krav it was more absurd than that. He lifted it from under his belly (where the ball was...about a full YARD behind the goal line), lifted it with both hands (in plain view of millions) and placed it over the line. What a putz.
There was even some audio later on the sideline that they played where he tells one of his teamates that he prolly shouldn't have lifted the ball over like that.
