There were a number of botched calls for sure, and they all seemed to go Pitt's way. That offensive pass interference in the end zone was garbage, the block below the knees on the interception was probably one of the worst calls EVER, and that ball did not break the plane of the end zone. It also seemed to me that there were problems with the way the clock was rolling, but Madden and Michaels were too busy jerking each other off to take note.
On top of that the commercials were lackluster, and if that was the "world's greatest rock n roll band" at halftime then all I can say is long live rap.
The only comfort I took was that Cowher finally won one and Hines Ward is as deserving an MVP as there is.
