I cant help thinking guns and people's volatility restrains people's joy in a way that doesn't happen here. the only time here there are restraints in pubs is when football (soccer) fans are drinking - they have to be segregated and managed. these days though apparently younger footie fans prefer taking cocaine before games. Times change...
