Icon Hypocrisy and Intolerance

One last thing, Dale. Sure, you point to a specific, local instance of hypocrisy and intolerance, I get it. There's H and I in abundance in this world. But if you're talking hypocrisy and intolerance on a much larger scope, what of the hypocrisy of the religious right? I'm not a Christian though I was raised a Roman Catholic. Even I get the central message of the gospels is love thy neighbor. The GOP largely draws from conservative Christians. They endlessly pander to this group. One would think that followers of Jesus, an allegedly pro-life crowd, would fully endorse healthcare for all. I would say a substantial portion (not all mind you) are pro-life UNTIL the baby is born. Then, good luck, you're on your own. Now this has enormous consequences. The Bush/Obama story isn't all that substantive.

I still don't get where you're coming from Dale. Perhaps it's not worth your time to really open up and that's cool. I don't want to push you, maybe over another beer one day, with Reg??
