I understand. Both of mine still are fervent about it and still quite healthy and politics is all they can talk about now. And you can believe that they still vote fervently too.But personally I'm disenchanted with both parties now because ...well, nobody has a freakin clue and because we are the world leaders, I feel like we have a responsibility to the rest of the world to prove it right now. Not a powerplay like all of of our ELECTED (I don't like any of them) politicians feel. But a sense of "let's fix this problem."Can we all agree on a solution? No. But can we all agree that there is a problem? Oh hell yeah. So we start on that premise don't we think? We have to come together. And the dialogue can start. But I'm tired of funding, and making rich, idiots on both sides to jawbone a solution that can never work. How much time did Hillary and Obama waste (and of my money) campaigning and not getting something done? They are Senators aren't they? I already know that George and his crew did the same thing while in office for 8 years just trying to win public opionion. But I'm done funding this crap. I'll fight it every step from now on. That was just plain obvious and ludicrous. It's about power now. But still...nothing gets done. I know something has to change, but Obama's "change" rhetoric is more lame than than a two legged dog. Both sides ponied up more of the same.
