Ahh...The DBIS banned. Based on the context surrounding it I thought you were referring to some type of commercial or government interest of the US being banned in China. Which is certainly not the case, they want to continue to have our money flowing in unabated, they just don't want it flowing back out in the same ratio. Our people too, because they tax the heck out of expats.
