It is time for a huge change but it won't. Hillary will simply be more of the same for precisely the reason Mr Carlin pointed out about 'power doing what it wishes'.

Sadly I might add because I share your sentiment. [And apparently so do a lot of Americans given Congress' what 8 or 11% approval rating(assuming polls actually mean anything, which on the whole I do not, although I'm quite hopeful about internet and phone in polls).]
