Call me naive or just wishing for too much, but I'd sure like to wake up tomorrow and find a government that isn't full of shit and would quit telling lies.

I'd like to have a president who truly does what he says instead of playing from politics all the time (almost two years ago he said he'd fire anyone involved in the CIA leak, but now it has went to "convicted of a crime" - fuck, when is the last time ANY political operative has really been "convicted" of a crime in Washingon? They are either pardoned or have their convictions overturned).

I'm so sick of these craven and disgusting people in Washington lying about Iraq and terrorists just out of trying to manipulate the mind of Americans. Yes, those people have a huge issue with us, but those assholes in Washington need to quit lying about what those issues are. They are not idiotic things like "they hate us for our freedom" or that they are just "crazy". What a butch of bullshit. Like those terrorists hate us because we can drive our huge SUV's on down to the friggin Wal-Mart and waddle our fat, over consumption asses in and buy whatever crap we want or watch endless hours of meaningless television or numb ourselves with countless forms of mind altering subtances.

The goddamned issues are more complex than that, but our dumbass Commander in Chief wants us to believe we can win this war by continuing to shop.

Then we have idiots like Bill Frist shamelessly coming out for stem cell research because he can read the political writing on the wall (this is the same "Dr" who couldn't even answer on television if a person could get AIDS from tears - I swear, it's true - he said he didn't know and this guy is a damned heart surgeon!)

My, I feel like tommorrow I'm going to wake up in the Dark Ages all over again........
