I tell ya now Gene if they dug up Jimi and couldn't dig up Noel Redding...and I was offered the gig on bass...I'd decline. I'd have to. It would bore me stupid. Mitch may be a good drummer but he just seems to be playing a drum roll all fucking evening. I played with a guy like that once. I wanted to break his hi hats over his head or decapitate him with his splash cymbal
