by 7 votes in 1981. Which later lead to Congress. Upon recount the margin was victory by 10 votes and a major part of his strategy was registering poor people and U of Vermont students. Their was a major legal quarrel about residency requirements that the Dems and Repubs lost. Since young people lean toward social democrat Robin Hoodism. Which benefits the Dems(with a little effort), in shuttling them out to vote. Lie or not, the rumor of the reinstatement of the draft may be quite the motivating factor.I believe the draft will have to be reinstated, probably through the guise of nation service, if we remain in the mire of Iraq.There's goin to be a lot of cryin afterward...from both sides.Thanks for the post, it was a good read and I may not have seen it otherwise, it is appreciated.
