That's not what I heard.  I heard Kerry is ahead, 4% and likely to be elected. But at this point...I've nearly stopped caring.  Kerry is an opportunist, who will say/do anything to get elected.  Whatever way the wind blows, his weathervane turns.  Frankly, I find him frightening in some respects,  but yes, I am going to vote for him, as a vote away from a clearly greater evil and menacing regime, that of GW Bush.   Kerry will never deliver on his delusional promises.  It's impossible, and he knows it.  But..he craves POWER.  Isn't that nice?  We should be afraid of such people. 

My prediction is,that if Bush gets back in, the situation will worsen all around, and even his supporters will end up admitting he is cancer within the next year or so; too late then.   If Kerry gets in, we will end up hating him as well, and within 6 months of his election.  Then things on the DBIS will really steam up, and there still won't be anything about music.   Pierre Elliot Trudeau, where the fuck are you?
