Jeff,

Maybe you don't see some of the issues as being biased because you agree with the way they're being reported.  I don't keep track of examples but I know it when I see it.

I watch how the mainstream media refers to a reduction in the growth of Medicare as a 'cut' in Medicare.  I remember how the Republicans shut down the government in '95...why wasn't it reported that the Democrats were the responsible party?  That sort of thing happens all the time.

The mainstream media is quick to quote a person from 'NOW' to speak for the women of America but how often do you hear them let a person from a conservative group speak for women in general?  Seldom if ever.

The media is quick to point out when a person being interviewed is a conservative but the same can't be said when they've got somebody from a liberal organization on the line...after all...they're liberal and they're simply mainstream so it doesn't need to be pointed out.

How many stories have you seen on the evening news lately about the good (and there are many) things which are happening daily in Iraq?  All they seem to focus on are the casuality numbers which are certainly all too depressing.  There is another side to be told but I'm not hearing it from the mainstream news.  Are you?
