Unfortunately, re Hunter Biden, the special prosecutor in that case was already a federal employee, and thus immune to this blatantly corrupt ruling. Her real mistake was saying that it was an illegal appointment because he was selected by neither Congress nor the president, but the president is specifically not to be involved in the selection of Special Prosecutors.
