Very true. Hopefully though, the 11th circuit court of appeals will do what it has done 3 times before and reverse her decision. They have also harshly rebuked her. This is probably when Jack Smith asks for her to be removed from the case (well it’s his last chance to ask). If the 3 judge panel denies him, he can ask for an en banc review with all of the judges. 

It is grim indeed that we are seeing this in our country. I’m glad that we have this ability to appeal (for now). Regardless of the outcome of appeals, our mission is the same: make sure Democracy beats fascism in November.
