She finally has, in doing so she has removed herself from the case so, if the 11th restores it and says she F-ed up again, well, they don't need to remove her, she's taken herself out.
This went from a brief by the Federalist society, directly to Justice Thomas, he used it to write a special opinion on the immunity case, which was then submitted by Trump's attorneys back to Cannon, and she used the whole thing rule to throw out the case, which was her intention all along.
