I can't imagine looking back on this period in our history and seeing that Congress decided to punt to the next election rather than doing what they're obligated to do given Mueller's findings. Impeachment is the only real option if we want to continue to believe in our Constitution.

Also worth noting is that it wasn't until the Senate hearings that Alexander Butterfield offered evidence of the Nixon tapes. They weren't discovered as part of the SC's findings. I think it's safe to say that without the tapes, Nixon would've finished his term. I have no delusions that Republicans will find the will to do the right thing—they're spineless. I don't want to have to say the same thing about Democrats.
