My fingers keep, involuntarily, inching towards the keyboard, eager to make
a case.But I insist to myself, there will be no discussion entered into before I
have read the entire report presented to us.The stakes are too great, too important for the future of our democracy as
we know it.Read the report from the viewpoint of a citizen, not from that of a member
of a political party.
