Thanks Brad, for I too never quite know what to say, you spoke my mind, and thanks all of you for your beautiful words from which I am learning and to whit I say "ditto".
I also agree with Kent in that it is one's spirit that won't be dominated. I think of the Bird Man of Alcatraz when I really feel that things are totally out of control.
