I really like it! I would definitely go to see them if they visited here, but it's unlikely. I too have previously been annoyed by Kasey Chambers' voice, but it seems to have been tempered by the smoother vocal style of her husband. There's lots of banjo and nice melodies and harmonies.
Onto another new Aussie group - Sparkadia. Their CD "Postcards" is excellent - fun and easy to listen to. I can hear lots of influences - from the Beatles to Coldplay, Keane and Evermore. Try it...
