Gawd...don't I know about this one. Half the hospital has it, and it is the exception to the rule that alcohol based hand cleansers do it all. Not for C.dif. You still need soap and water.
Another very common thing we see here is MRSA (methicillin resistant staph aureus). Every 2nd patient (if they don't have it when the come in...they get it here).
