I thought Synchronicity was their best in terms of songwriting ("Mother" not withstanding) and most glossy production. But in terms of the impact I get when listening, probably something like this order:

1. Outlandos 2. Regatta Tie 3. Synch / Zenyatta 5. Ghost

But the gaps between are minimal for me. Synchronicity also has the advantage of being part of the soundtrack to my senior year of high school, so there's a lot more attached there.

Edit-- Has anyone read Andy Summers' autobiography "One Train Later"? He paints a really good picture of a band that goes from punk wannabes to the "Biggest effing Band In The World". Great read, a lot of fun, and he really puts it to Sting (and Stew) more than a couple of times.
