Yeah, Brecht and Weil, but the moniker "songwriters" isn't really comes to mind when I think of Bertold
Brecht, in particular. I suppose some of it could be considered "song" , like song cycles, but it was
more like Opera. That kinda work was LARGE.... I mean I just couldn't think of Brecht and Weil like
the Gershwins, or Rogers and Hammerstein etc..For songwriting duo my vote is Lennon-McCartney. Prolific....mangnific....
